Create an App Manifest file
SCENARIO
You have just completed a new mobile app called Find My Friends. You want to publish it on the Firefox Marketplace. To do that, you need to create an App Manifest file.
An App Manifest file contains information needed to publish an app on the Firefox Marketplace. It must contain the right information about the app and must be valid JSON.
During this test, you will create the App Manifest file. You do not need to validate the App Manifest file.
TO CREATE THE APP MANIFEST FILE:
- You need to use this sample manifest file.
- Edit the file on your computer using any text editor you like.
- You need to know these details about the Find My Friends app.
- These instructions explain the fields you can include in the App Manifest file. If the instructions aren't clear to you, feel free to draw your own conclusions or use external tools/websites to help.
- When you've completed the App Manifest, email your App Manifest file to ehunt@mozilla.com.
